The Citizens for Integrity and Accountability Foundation is dedicated to safeguarding the rights of Texans by opposing legislative measures that would give hand outs to – among others - woke corporations, the Chinese Communist party, doctors and hospitals who perform transgender surgeries, and illegal immigrants by imposing a statutory ceiling of one million dollars on civil damage awards for hard working patriots who get injured by them. These caps are direct threat to justice and curtail the ability of individuals to secure fair compensation from people who injure them.

Our mission is to champion a legal framework that favors hard working Americans over giant corporate interests and liberal activists, and preserves integrity, accountability, and upholds the principle of full and fair compensation. Through public education, grassroots advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we strive to protect the interests of Texas citizens against the encroachment of the rich and powerful.
